Next Steps to Book:
Secure your spot by booking before November 2024 to lock in 2024 prices. After November, a 5% increase in cost will apply. To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. As we have limited capacity, we encourage early booking to guarantee your place.
We offer a few payment options:
• Bank Transfer: You can send your payment to our USD account.
• WISE: We accept WISE payments, and can also offer currency conversions for your convenience.
• PayPal: You can pay via PayPal, but please note a 5% transaction fee will be added.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings
• Bookings are secured with a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 180 days prior to departure.
• Cancellations made before 120 days of travel are eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
• If you cancel within 120 days of departure, we will offer a full refund including the deposit only if we are able to fill your spot. While ELEV8 ADVENTURES will make every effort to rebook the spot, we cannot guarantee it. Cancellations will be refunded if and when the spot is resold. The earlier we are notified, the better the chances of filling your spot.
• We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.
Full Private Charter Bookings
• Bookings are secured with a 30% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due 180 days prior to departure.
• Cancellations made before 120 days of travel are eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding the deposit.
• If you cancel within 120 days of departure, a full refund including the deposit will be offered only if the charter is rebooked. While ELEV8 ADVENTURES will do its best to resell the trip, we cannot make any guarantees. Cancellations will be refunded if the charter is filled. The sooner you inform us, the more time we have to rebook.
• Travel insurance covering cancellations is highly recommended.
Refund Details
• The 30% deposit for both individual bookings and full private charters is non-refundable unless the spot or charter is resold.
• Refunds outside of our policy terms must be claimed through your insurance company. ELEV8 ADVENTURES will provide the necessary documentation for your claim but cannot be held responsible if the claim is denied.
• ELEV8 ADVENTURES is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the refund transfer process, or for any fluctuations in exchange rates.
